Established in March of 2002 by Eric Louie and Mark Johnston with over 20 years of combined computer experience, Tech Integrity joined the computer service, repair and consulting field with the objective to provide the best possible service to its select customers. By applying a philosophy that customers should only really have to pay for services that they could not perform themselves, Tech Integrity quickly set itself apart. Specializing in preventative maintenance that would help ensure continued productivity and major cost prevention, we have been able to provide peace of mind for many customers.

With a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego Mark acts as the Chief Technology Officer. His extensive experience as a Senior System Administrator, Director of Information Technology and Manager of Network Operations provides us with the unique ability for us to solve a vast amount of IT problems. Mark and his wife Danielle are happily married with 2 children Allyson and Thomas.

Mr. Louie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University. His background in computer-related technologies spans his 22 year engineering and sales career. In his responsibilities at Tech Integrity, he creates new business opportunities and unique support products to serve Tech Integrity’s clients. His background in high-level computer network design and support, and years of tuning PCs for performance improvements gives his clients the benefit of vast knowledge and experience of establishing solid, stable, well-performing computer networks.
